Pankh aims to simplify conversations around menstruation and menstrual hygiene.

Menstruation is a new phase in the life of an adolescent girl and needs to be discussed with sensitivity. A majority of girls are unaware of the biology behind menstruation and the hygiene that needs to be maintained. Schools do not integrate menstruation into their curricula, and families tend to discuss it in hushed tones. The stigma and lack of education on menstrual hygiene prevent many girls from managing their cycle in a sanitary way.

Pankh is an initiative to bring about this awareness in a simplified yet engaging storytelling format and help the girls feel safe and confident about menstrual health and hygiene.
