Badhte Kadam is a career counselling and mentorship programme. The objective of the program is to orient students studying in the 9th to 12th grades to make informed career choices while assisting them with skills to be job-ready.

Samagraa has collaborated with experienced and professional career counsellors to conduct career counselling workshops. At Samagraa, we not only counsel students to understand their aptitude, interests and needs but also enable them to reach their potential to successfully achieve their goals.

Workshops under this initiative are organised for children in NGO-run schools, identified slums of Delhi etc.
